VONRESORT Elite & Aqua Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept

Close to beach, has an aquapark sharing with all Vonresorts. Big swimming pools for every part.Own Restaurant for Elite and we actually got upgraded to elite idk why. All inclusive everything water or drinks or food completely free. Waterpark is also open earlier if its warm like its officially opened at 1 may but we could also use it in April. Food and drinks 10/10 very much options and food to choose (Buffet). Bed very comfortable, but the WiFi was very trash and disconnected often. Overall I think it is an 4.7/5 Golden Beach also looks very interesting and comfortable have to try next time

There are two positive things in this resort, the restaurant and the landscape. In restaurant food is perfect, staff is professional. Outdoor is very beautiful, pools,beach fantastic. Otherwise, reception staff are rude, Rooms are not clean at all. The play area for kids is old, and furniture is dangerous. No respect for privacy. Lot of mosquitos outside in the evening time.

Rooms are not clean Floor is black from dirt, even after we asked to mop the floor it remained dirty Maintenance just showed up in the room without even knocking while our kids were sleeping. That was very disturbing. When we called for more water in the room, they said we have to go down and get it ourselves, which was kind of hard for us with little kids. Pool, beach and restaurants, food are really good, and very nice and friendly stuff. It's green and lots of flowers. There is a little zoo, which has hens and rabbits On the photos we saw carpets in the room and that's why we choosed this hotel but turned out it was old pictures and the floor is ceramic. So overall it's good but with some disappointing experience. Still wondering where the world elite comes from 😂
