We stayed in a suite with a balcony and lake view. Really worth every penny, so beautiful! Room was all just perfect. Staff in the reception was superb, 10 points! Breakfast was also very good but the staff was not as good as in the reception. Had to ask to get a clean table and wait for scrambled eggs 5 minutes while other food got cold in my plate.

Exceeded our expectations simply because we chose the best suites available. Anything less will leave you simply with a place to sleep. Staff is polite enough but definitely the male employees are nicer and more outgoing. The female staff have an arrogance about themselves in my humble opinion. Not sure what that’s about 🤷‍♂️ the breakfast exceeded my expectations as did the round the clock coffee. Very generous with the coffee. Due to shortage of staff please don’t expect an early check in, wait like you’re like everyone else because we are. They need time to get it just right, patience. The kitchen staff is meticulous about how things are cleaned, prepared and laid out soooo stop touching the food with your hands or letting your children serve themselves, this is their house not yours, we are called GUESTS for a reason so please don’t act like you own the hotel. This is simply a sign that you don’t belong here. Rest well my friends and stay hungry for the truth 🙏😊

Claustrophobic room without windows. I knew it from the beginning, when I booked, but since I had never experienced the stay in a room without windows, I thought it wouldn't be too bad, but I was wrong. Positive points: breakfast is excellent, staff nice and friendly, but it doesn't compensate for the room's dimensions. Unlikely to come back here.
