Amazing stay. I will say do not expect the same level of 5 stars as if you were spending thousands and thousands. However if you are coming for sun, pool and a fully serviced week, then this is the perfect place. Every single staff is attentive. The pool and bar staff work tirelessly in the heat, the restaurant staff constantly cleaning and getting drinks. The housecleaning team are great. I was left a suprise for birthday and the staff personally delivered a gift to my room which wasn't even requested, it is service like this that makes it so special and will make me return. I enjoy that there are plenty activities and music through the day, but also times where they turn music off to chill. The food and drink is truly 24/7 so you will never be hungry or thirsty. Again, food choices might be repetitive but it is fresh and being made 24/7 so this is to be expected when staff are working hard. Also, take advantage of the free shuttle bus to the beach. You get your free food and drinks unlimited at the beach as well so it is stress free that you dont have to pack a lot of water, there are also toilets and showers etc. Overall amazing stay and I would love to come back ❤️
Me and my boyfriend have had an amazing holiday staying at this hotel. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The food was amazing and so much to choose from (I’m vegetarian). Lots of activities to get involved in. Only had one issue and that was the air con in the room, it was very loud. But overall, an amazing hotel and we would definitely return!
This hotel deserves only one star… A terrible holiday to be stuck at for an entire week. The holiday began with us arriving for dinner, which is served from 7 PM to 9 PM. These two hours are pure “Hunger Games” — you spend 95% of the time in line because the hotel’s common areas cannot accommodate the number of rooms it has. The food queue is endless, and it’s nearly impossible to find a table within 30 minutes. On top of that, the drinks you order usually arrive only after you’ve finished your meal. Although this is supposed to be an adults-only hotel, the pool area is full of people who may be physically adults but are mentally children — including young people getting far too drunk during the day and stumbling around the pool. It doesn’t help that the on-site entertainment team actively encourages bombing competitions and games in the pool, making it impossible to relax. In addition, the music is blasting from 8 AM to 6 PM, making it impossible to have a conversation. If you approach the entertainment team about the noise, you are ignored, as they seem more interested in flirting and making as much noise as possible. The stone flooring both inside and outside the pool area is extremely slippery, making it easy to fall — not ideal if you already have mobility issues. The waiters only speak Turkish, German, and Russian — not a word of English — which makes communication difficult. Even when ordering a Pepsi Max for my diabetic mother, they do not understand and keep serving regular Pepsi. This happens even if you order via the QR codes displayed on the parasols, which clearly state your choice. Drinks can also take anywhere from 10 minutes to two hours to arrive. At the beach, lifeguards raise a red flag every time they leave their post (half the day) so they won’t be held responsible if anyone drowns while they’re out back smoking a pack of cigarettes. If you take the shuttle bus to the beach, you’re putting your life at risk — the driver cannot drive safely. The food is the same all week, with very little variation at dinner. If you do manage to speak to an actual adult staff member at the hotel, your problem will not be addressed. For example, we asked for slightly lower music volume at the pool so people could talk to each other. Instead of accommodating this request, the next day we had a bottle of frozen red wine delivered to our door — an attempt to bribe us into silence. All in all, a terrible holiday. If you want a hotel where you can relax, this is most definitely NOT the place. But if you want a hotel where you can be mentally a child again, then by all means, book away.
