The Hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. Most loved about the hotel is pool area, restaurant, beautiful room decor and over all atmosphere. Staff ( Mr.saif) was very pleasant and welcoming. Both check- in and check -out were professionally handled and easy. My kids enjoyed thier and would go again. They are highly recommended. Cheers.!!

Starting with the positives, the rooms at Voyage hotel are very decent and clean. They have all the amenities you might need and is located near KSU. The issues that arise are the following: 1. The room didn’t get cleaned not even once and I stayed there for three consecutive nights. This is the weakest point that lead to a 2 star review for service. 2. Breakfast isn’t good. Little variety, baked goods didn’t taste so fresh and the eggs were too oily. I would simply recommend you spend your calories somewhere else. 3. When I first came in they couldn’t find my reservation done on hotels.com but eventually found it so it’s not a major issue. I didn’t mind the wait. With that said, it depends on your needs really. The hotel isn’t cheap at around 1200 per night or slightly higher. Better be careful.

Pros: 1) The hotel is new and clean. 2) Check-in & check-out procedures are very easy. 3) Reception staff were helpful, and they extended the check-out time free of charge. Cons: 1) The parking, especially the basement, is very very narrow & there are insufficient parking slots. 2) The bed mattress is not comfortable enough. 3) TV apps were not working/nonexistent. 4) Elevators are not enough, and the sound of door opening and closing is annoying, in addition to the quality of elevators that do not suit the hotel services from my POV (they may be suitable for residential apartments). 5) The water pressure is more than wonderful, but this should be taken into consideration when designing the sinks so that water does not splash everywhere. 6) The hotel is located in a commercial building, and there are many shops nearby (Nahdi pharmacy, for example, is in the same building). 7) Considering the services provided, I think that the booking rate is relatively high.
