Very good apartment. Had everything a big family needs for their stay in zermatt. View of Matterhorn from the balcony was pleasant surprise. Loved stay there. Timings for entry and exit are followed strictly and they apartments keys are at the hotel which is about 900 m away. Not easy to walk with too much luggage. If you want to keep luggage at the hotel after check out then need to pay additional money at the hotel.
Very comfy & very close to zermatt Hb and Gornergrat bahn with the stuning view of Matterhorn from the living room
I was a little disappointed with the apartment. We stayed in the lower apartment, the one without the beautiful ceilings. Pros: great staff; although check in is at the hotel, it's an easy walk; there is a great balcony with a view of the Matterhorn; on site coin-op laundry; plenty of room. Cons: some of the furniture is inexpensive and rickety; the place wasn't fully cleaned; overall, it wasn't very comfortable; it was too hot, and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down; also, it's near a children's playground (which can be a plus, for some), so don't expect to sleep during the day.
