It is a decent resort but do not book their standard rooms... They are built in a separate building little away from the main resort in the same compound and do not give the vibes of a resort room at all. When we were there we got a feeling that the resort was belong run only on trainee staff who were very courteous but had no idea about any thing. Food is OK... Could be better. Infinity pool is good.
Its a namesake luxury resort, Owners needs to travel and to learn from other asian countries, which costs half as much and provide more value, comfort & luxury. Deluxe Room 6507 : was kind of OK, cannot use tea kettle and hair dryer together, MCB kept on tripping, No balcony for deluxe rooms though view of mountain is superb. They have a master switch which controls mobile charger socket, bed and washroom lights all together, so if ones need to charge phone while sleep its not possible, if someone needs to use washroom they need to switch on the bed light as well, disturbs everyone in the room. Dinner buffet: Not good at all, they served cold food apart from few live counter everything else felt kind of OK, do not expect much for a taste. Sweets were cheap, really cheap. Lot of cost cutting. Breakfast buffet: It was good, nice option for english and Indian items. Swimming Pool: No pool bar for namesake luxury resort, not much recliners for such a huge resort and crowd. Water was clean but provision to spit out pool water was missing so most of them were kind of spiting it in pool. Last year I visited Riva resort at Arambol Goa, it costs me half as much as this resort but had amazing vibe and superb buffets, room were far better and had luxury feeling. This resort is OK for first timers. Note: All staff were courteous and helpful. Its the ameneties which lacks here.
It's super expensive! And not worth it. Area around the pool is slippery be careful with that. Food is served almost 1hr after ordering and bill was almost 3times than five star hotel. But food was good And not worth of using club Mahindra membership here. Cycles are broken. Badminton rackets are broken. Archery bow is bad. Pick-up drop service waiting is too long. bathroom is small but good Limited amenities and not worth any. 500/- just to walk on that bridge! Crazy !! All this is just for day 1 already fed up of this ! Booked for 3 days here !
