W Amman Hotel

I had the most wonderful experience staying at the W Hotel in Amman. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was truly exceptional. The service was absolutely WOW — every single staff member was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was beyond impressive. We stayed for just one night, but the experience felt like a true escape. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the energy — everything was perfect. Huge thanks to the amazing team for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at W Amman for three nights and was blown away by the service, design, and energy. The rooms are sleek, spacious, and offer stunning views of the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful—from check-in to housekeeping, everything was seamless. The rooftop pool is a highlight, and the cocktails at Aura were top-notch. It’s definitely a trendy spot with an international vibe, perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the W Amman and had a fantastic experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. Soheib at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming—he went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary extra bed and breakfast for myself and my two friends, which was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Osama, one of the waiters, who prepared a complimentary mocktail for me—such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The only aspect of the room I didn’t love was the bathroom layout. The shower, toilet, and sinks were all separated in a way that didn’t offer much privacy, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, I would absolutely stay here again—just in a room with a more traditional bathroom setup. The service and atmosphere truly made this a memorable stay!
