Fantastic Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained everything was, with an incredible oceanfront check-in area that set the tone for our visit. This was our first experience at W Bali, and we’re convinced it won’t be our last—hard to imagine staying anywhere else after this! The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and our room was all set when we got there. We were especially happy with how spacious and comfortable it felt. Having stayed at W Singapore before, we couldn’t help but notice that this property feels even more polished and inviting. The pool was absolutely perfect—great atmosphere, and the staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always making sure we had what we needed. We had breakfast overlooking the beach, which made for a wonderfully relaxed morning. Although the coffee service was a bit on the slow side, the team was doing their best, and it was clear it was a busy day. The gym is well equipped with everything you’d want for a solid workout, though some of the equipment could use a bit of an update. Overall, we had such a memorable stay and are already looking forward to planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

This Pizza at the W was NEXT LEVEL! Obviously the venue, facilities and service are all top notch being the W, and whilst we can’t afford to stay here, we come here to eat because the prices are so reasonable and the food is fantastic. So many super yummy things on the menu but special mention to this buffalo chicken pizza! I always stop in when I’m in Bali to show friends this pizza!! (And of course how beautiful the venue is) If they ever take this off the menu I will burn the place to the ground 😂

Overall, the hotel was excellent, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The pools could definitely be better, and accessing the beach was a bit difficult — there’s no easy path, and the waves made it unsafe for swimming. Breakfast was good, but the variety was somewhat limited. One thing to note is that when you arrive at the hotel, you need to wait for a golf car to take you to the main area, which can take around 10–15 minutes waiting On the positive side, they have Bose speakers throughout the hotel and rooms, which create a great atmosphere with music that really suits the beach vibe. However, the beach bar was underwhelming and didn’t quite meet expectations. Housekeeping and overall service were excellent — very professional and attentive.
