Such a great experience from when we arrived to when we left. The staff were amazing. So attentive from the porters to the receptionists to the restaurant team. Everyone tried really hard to make us feel special. The breakfast especially and food in general is first rate. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Loved my experience here. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children

From beginning to end, no detail is left unattended. The rooms get turned out daily, the staff is genuinely nice. No request is too outrageous. Location is unmatched. Thanks for making me feel safe and at home.

From check-in to check-out all was good at this hotel. I was upgraded to a fabulous suite with a nice view and a lovely welcome card with bread. I arrived many hours late from the US due to airline delay so I didn’t get to enjoy as much as I wanted to for the 2 days here. However, I ate breakfast each day in the restaurant and the staff there was very friendly and even brought out me a local Colombian cheese bread to enjoy and say thanks for being loyal Marriott member. The first day all of the food on the buffet was not as hot as one would expect so there is room for improvement there but it was also on the same day as thee brunch event which I was unaware of. I wish I had known about this as I would have waited to eat to experience this. I ordered room service and while the service and the process to order food excellent the food lacked flavor and my chicken was overcooked which made it very dry. I used the gym each day and this was my favorite part of the day along with using he steam room. The facilities are kept in great conditions with staff coming through regularly to clean and keep fresh towels in stock.The locker rooms were very clean. I did not get a chance to use the indoor large jacuzzi but it looked relaxing as well. My bed was comfortable and I slept well each night with no issues. I felt just like home minus the stiff couch in the living room. Unlike the JW Marriott this part of town is not as vibrant but there is a cigar lounge in walking distance that I visited. I wish there were more activities in the lounge weekly at this property. The lounge is a very nice space and should not go a weekend without having events. Also, the staff at the front desk did not speak English well but I managed to figure things out. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I tell my friends all the time the properties in the US need to take notes from the international properties.
