W Budapest

this hotel was perfect from start to finish. It was absolutely beautiful- common spaces, restaurant, rooms, spa. the beds were very comfortable. the staff were helpful and efficient and addressed every request or question that came up. the spa and massage therapists were so great that i went back the next day. this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely loved my stay at the W Hotel Budapest! The design is stunning modern with just the right touch of local flair. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived, with every staff member being warm, professional, and attentive. My room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with beautiful views of the city. The location is perfect right in the heart of Budapest, making it easy to explore. Whether it was the rooftop bar, the breakfast, or just lounging in the lobby, every moment felt elevated. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is truly in a league of its own — absolutely outstanding, 10/10! The service is exceptional; every server is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Last night, I visited with a friend for some drinks, and we were lucky to have V. Aron as our waiter. He was extremely knowledgeable about the drinks and gave excellent recommendations based on our personal tastes and preferences. Thanks to his expertise, we discovered some new favorite cocktails! His friendly and professional approach made the entire evening even more enjoyable. Truly a top-notch server in a top-notch place! We were so impressed that we came back today for lunch — and once again, the service was absolutely perfect. Our waiters - Patrik & Oliver were just as friendly, attentive, and professional as yesterday. Outstandig! This place has set a new standard for excellent service. Highly skilled, genuinely welcoming staff who make you feel valued and cared for every moment. I can’t recommend it enough — we’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
