Received exceptional service from Malcolm. From the moment we stepped in the doors until the last step out the doors on our departure. We felted welcome and appreciated. Excellent service Malcolm. We received a five star treatment.The hotel is located in a great safe location. The decor is beautiful. There are things to do within walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms are exquisitely appointed, blending comfort with elegance, and the room service is nothing short of impeccable... prompt, discreet, and consistently exceptional. I want to like this hotel. It’s an older property and towels are stained and rooms are dirty. I am extremely dissatisfied and wish it was at least decent. I like the W brand but this property does a poor job representing. I ended up leaving this hotel early and choosing not to extend my stay due to the gross state of the room. This is in addition to being downgraded. The sheets were sticky and air conditioning barely worked. The soap in the shower was nice but the water was unable to get it all off, which I know is hotel specific and not just “the water,” due to my experience at a different hotel downtown the following night. Despite being a wannabe luxury property nothing about it feels luxury, and I really hate all around the room being told how much things cost as if I am stealing the shampoos in my bag or something. Overall this hotel really bothered me and really grossed me out from the W brand for a little bit because what a let down!
