W Dubai The Palm

Our weekend getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks to this beautiful hotel. The unique interior design and the view of the pool and beach from our room were truly impressive. We stayed in the Spectacular Terrace Room, and it was just amazing. The incredibly spacious terrace was definitely the highlight. But what left the most lasting impression was the outstanding service of the female staff member who warmly welcomed us in the lobby and personally guided us to our room. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly stood out. I wanted to ask for her name at checkout, but unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty that day. I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit. We’re also deeply grateful to all the staff members who warmly welcomed not only our family, but also our dog. It meant so much to feel genuinely cared for, all together as a family—including our furry friend. Without a doubt, this was the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at. We’ll definitely be coming back for more weekend getaways!

W Dubai – The Palm is vibrant and full of energy, yet relaxing if you're looking to have a good time with kids. It's a unique mix — stylish and futuristic, but still welcoming and comfortable. The corridors honestly make you feel like you’re walking through a spaceship… or maybe a really cool cinema 😁. It adds a fun, imaginative twist that both adults and kids can appreciate. Rooms are spacious, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels fresh and high-quality. Service is on point too — friendly and efficient without being over the top. 10/10 from us. Highly recommend, whether you're coming with family or just want something a little out of the ordinary

The hotel is nice and good looking, nice to walk through and the pool areas are amazing, with multiple pools, adults only and kids areas where there are many small pools. The rooms are excellent andthe food is OK. We were half board and ate at the buffet restaurant (best to get your moneys worth) and the Italian (would only visit once as the menu has little choice, but my pasta was nice) The service of everyone working there is amazing and the staff were always willing to help. However, In the evenings the hotel is very boring, there are no entertainment programs, and there is very little going on in the hotel. It’s good if you have kids during the day but at night I don’t know what you would do with them as there is literally nothing going on, and even the TV doesn’t have many channels. There’s nothing around to explore if you go outside, as the palm is mostly just hotels, no bars or places to go. It’s a shame as we spent more money than our previous hotel, hoping for more luxury and more for our money, but we wish we stayed at our previous hotel (NH collection)
