W Hong Kong

The W Hong Kong is exceptional! We cannot wait to stay here again. We only stayed for one night, the night before we caught our flight back to San Francisco from Hong Kong, and it only made me start to plan on when we can return! The location is very convenient from the airport, which is pretty handy if you are taking the metro from there. Also, it is attached to a mall, with tons of shops and restaurants. Upon check-in, Parminder gave us a very generous upgrade to a suite! It was difficult to not stay in the room the whole time. It was incredibly spacious, commanded a breathtaking view of the harbor and the skyline across the way, and I (guiltily!) took multiple showers because of the two-point shower head in the bathroom! Richard and Barry took care of us at the restaurant. There was a dinner buffet that evening and the price was a little steeper than what we were used to. However, after Barry walked us through the spread, we happily plunked down at the table and signed up for it. It was one of our favorite meals of the vacation! The next morning, Richard walked us through breakfast and, later, lunch before we had to catch our flight that evening. In between meals, we spent time at the pool and the spa attached to the pool. Don’t miss out on that! It was a perfect end to an incredible vacation and we count the days until we can stay here again! Thank you for taking such good care of us, W Hong Kong!

Incredible hotel with best views of the city on the water and Harbour the service is incredible. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is also amazing. Everybody wants to help by any means. Limbo was amazing guy who helped me to carry my luggage even after his working hours. I will definitely come back again to this hotel.

I recently stayed at the W Hotel in Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is absolutely unbeatable, connected directly to the Elements shopping mall and Kowloon MTR station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you’re heading to Central or catching the Airport Express, everything is right at your doorstep. The hotel’s amenities are truly top-notch. The rooftop pool and well-equipped fitness center were highlights of my stay, and the overall design and atmosphere are chic and modern, exactly what you’d expect from the W brand. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and offer stunning views of the harbor. If there’s one area for improvement, it’s the front desk and staff interaction. While efficient and professional, I found the service to be a bit impersonal. A warmer, more welcoming attitude, especially at check-in, would go a long way in elevating the guest experience. Still, with its prime location and luxurious amenities, the W Hotel is a fantastic choice in Hong Kong and I would definitely return.
