I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally located right next to Chinatown—perfect for exploring and enjoying a wide variety of affordable, tasty food options. The room was fabulous: spacious, clean, with a large bathtub and stunning views of the city skyline. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They offered great food recommendations, helped with directions, and even provided umbrellas on rainy days. The hotel also arranged a convenient taxi service to the airport, which made departure stress-free. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and hospitality!

Excellent service all around. Kate, Emma and the rest of the staff at the W are simply amazing. Always greeting you with a smile and going out of their way to accommodate requests. Very helpful with recommendations. Excellent location, can’t get better. Room are good (a bit small, but expected from a London property).

Amazing location. Service was excellent. Room was cozy and had all of the comforts. Needs a little touch up here and there but besides that was very comfortable and clean. We couldn’t find the safe and ‘closet’ until the last day of our trip… the panel wall moved when I touched it and everything was there! The rooms and hallways are very dark. Needed more options for brighter light in the bathroom. Also beds are low so not suitable for anyone with knee or back issues. But for a romantic get away it’s perfect.
