I stayed at the W Mexico City back in April 2025 for two days, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professional and friendly staff who made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. The room I stayed in offered a breathtaking view of the Mexico City skyline, which was a perfect backdrop for my stay. Waking up to such a stunning sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One of the standout features of the hotel is the restaurant located on the second floor. The food was absolutely outstanding, showcasing the rich flavors of Mexican cuisine. Each meal was a delightful experience that I looked forward to. Additionally, the hotel boasts a fantastic spa and workout gym that not only provides excellent facilities but also features a great view of the city. The oversized hot tub was a luxurious touch, allowing me to relax while enjoying the beautiful scenery. I also want to commend the valet service, which was incredibly helpful. They ensured I had directions to all the places I wanted to visit, making my exploration of the city seamless. It was a relief to know that all the staff I encountered spoke English, as my Spanish is not very strong. Overall, I highly recommend the W Mexico City Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service and amenities. My experience was nothing short of impressive.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at W Mexico City. I traveled from the U.S. to Mexico with confirmed reservations, but unfortunately, I forgot my wallet at home. Despite having all my credit card information available, the hotel refused to proceed with check-in without a physical credit card. After spending over an hour speaking with the manager and customer service, the only solution was to have a friend provide his credit card so I could check in. While I understand the importance of security measures, in exceptional circumstances like this, there should be a way to accommodate guests—similar to how most online purchases work today.

I received a gift card to the Spa, which expired almost immediately. Seeing it was a gift, I was not ready to use the gift card immediately and they decided the would not honor it 5 months after purchase. I was a regular here but definitely will not be back, feels like a scam.
