Fantastic five star hotel with excellent customer service, amenities, and location. Thanks to Anthony for going the extra mile and checking us in early. Spa, gym, and pool are all very nice. Rooms are big , clean, with balconies which is rare to find. Really close to great restaurants and shops. Only downside which hotel can’t do anything about is that motorcycles ride by loudly at all hours of the night— if noise is an issue maybe ask for a room that doesn’t face the street. Overall highly recommend!

I stayed here for a business conference in early March 2025. My status at time of stay is Ambassador and I received a slight upgrade from a Wonderful room to a spectacular room with a view of Brickell Ave. Bummed that I didn’t receive a better view or larger room but as I was alone that didn’t matter as much. I took the points option as they included a F&B credit as part of the resort fee anyway. Unfortunately it was hard to sleep with the road noise from Brickell but otherwise the room was fine. Hotel should renovate with better sound proofing or add some noise deafening curtains. It was showing some signs of wear but overall in good shape. Shower unfortunately had weak pressure. The front desk was super friendly and offered to take me my room and the housekeeping folks were generous with water. The pool area is great, and has amazing views. I enjoyed working from that area. Good hotel if you plan to visit for work or need be in that part of town.

OK, this place is a disaster, luxury disaster. Make sure you understand how many guest passes you will receive to use the Parliament because the size of your room depends on how many guest. I stayed in a one bedroom with a kinks size bed and a sofa bed for guest, but only two people were allowed at the pool at any given time. I had to beg other hotel guest to allow my other two guests to be registered under their Suite. So make sure that you understand how many people are allowed in the pool otherwise you will not enjoy the pleasant pleasant trees of the pool. Also, my room did not have adequate amenities, the water pressure was terrible. The water was cold, the toilet broke, I had to add a hanger to the inside of the water tank to pull the chain up because the flusher broke, the peoplewere reluctant to come up.
