The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and every detail—from the lighting to the amenities—feels luxurious. The staff were outstanding, specially Mr.Momodou…Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The pool area is stunning, with a vibrant yet relaxing vibe. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa is a must-visit—truly rejuvenating. Breakfast and dining options were delicious, with a wide variety of international and local dishes, beautifully presented. The location is also ideal—close to the beach and many nice restaurants, but still quiet and relaxing. This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. I highly recommend W Muscat for anyone visiting Oman. I can’t wait to return.

Rooms are spacious, stylish, and comfortable – exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier lifestyle hotel. Service is consistently impressive across all departments, from valet to room service. A special mention to the duty manager on the evening of April 25th, who went above and beyond to ensure a truly memorable guest experience. The spa is a sanctuary, and The Living Room cocktail bar is a must – fully licensed, with a fantastic atmosphere and an expertly crafted drinks menu. The hotel also features direct beach access, which makes it easy to balance city life and coastal escape. For fitness enthusiasts, the gym is well-equipped but could benefit from more space. A personal note: the large rooftop could be a great opportunity for installing solar panels, aligning the hotel’s bold style with a stronger sustainability profile. All in all, the W Muscat is a brilliant choice for anyone seeking a luxurious yet energetic stay in Oman’s capital. Highly recommended.

I am a regular at W muscat, and i had a little of pain in my feet that was u comfortable, I tried the spa for a reflexology service they did not have the service but here comes the role of Saba ( therapist ) she found a way to do it for me, and I was impressed with her depth of knowledge in body anatomy and trigger points she is surely one of the best not only in practice also in communication and professionalism. I went back again the second day for the same service and I can tell you that she definitely deserves to be the icon of this hotel. Thank you Saba
