After switching from another hotel where I wasn’t comfortable, I was hoping for a smoother experience — and they delivered so much more than that. Nelson and Natalie ensured that my check-in was seamless, welcoming, and stress-free. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism instantly put me at ease. They took the time to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect, and it truly made all the difference. The room is stylish, clean, and super comfortable — exactly what I needed. But more than anything, it was the exceptional service from the team, especially Nelson and Natalie, that turned my visit into something special. One of the standout features for me was the room service. The menu was surprisingly extensive, and everything I ordered—from breakfast to late-night bites—was absolutely delicious and delivered quickly. The quality of the food was easily restaurant-level, and it made staying in just as enjoyable as going out. Highly recommend the W Union Square for anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and luxurious stay in the heart of NYC. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel in a great location and all at a reasonable cost! I travel to NYC frequently for work, and since the recent renovations, this place has taken massive strides in quickly becoming one of my favorite places to stay. Service is always impeccable from the minute you walk up to the entryway, and after my most recent stay, I have to give a special shoutout to Vincent who went above and beyond for me. The rooms are spacious (by NYC standards), up-to-date in design and impeccably clean. Can't recommend it enough!
