W Osaka

I’ve stayed in lots of hotels – lots of W Hotels – and this was by far the BEST experience EVER. From check-in (by Aiko who made the process seamless and throughout our stay provided a friendly face and good advice) to the breakfast buffet (with the dining room expertly and graciously managed by Jim) to cocktails (bartender Pat’s margaritas were sublime and he had the perfect mix of friendly conversation with cocktail prowess), our entire five-day stay was impeccable. Did I mention Mauricio? His constant presence (constant, as in we saw him at breakfast and during cocktail hour and during dinner!) and making sure everything ran smoothly in the dining rooms and cocktail lounge was top-notch. We celebrated my husband’s milestone birthday, and every member of the team made us feel special. Thanks to all! We’ll be back!

Our stay at W Osaka was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms we were given were absolutely perfect — spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff made a real effort to accommodate our request and guarantee the room setup we needed, which we truly appreciated. One of the absolute highlights were the breathtaking views from our room — waking up to that skyline was simply unforgettable. The vibe of the hotel is super cool and modern, with an amazing atmosphere throughout. Plus, the location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Osaka, close to everything. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I come to Osaka!

We’ve stayed at several W Hotels around the world, so we came in with high expectations — and W Osaka absolutely delivered. No surprise it’s ranked so highly in the city. This property is a stunning design statement from the moment you arrive. The entrance alone is a theatrical experience, setting the tone for what’s inside: sleek, bold, and unapologetically cool. Our Spectacular Room on a high floor made us feel like we were floating above Osaka, seamlessly blending into the skyline. The open-plan layout, especially the freestanding bathtub, was a highlight — incredibly thoughtful design throughout, with lighting, materials, and textures all working together to create a space that feels equal parts luxury and play. It’s sexy, it’s smart, it’s very W — but elevated. The location is spot-on, with shopping, dining, and nightlife all within easy reach. We only had one night, so we didn’t manage to explore all the hotel has to offer — but it left us wanting more, and we’re already looking forward to a return visit to dive deeper into the facilities and vibe. In short: W Osaka isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a full-on experience. Stylish, energetic, and unmistakably urban — it’s a love letter to design lovers who want something more than just another luxury hotel.
