W Prague

Our stay at the W Prague was a truly exceptional experience, we felt like royalty from start until end. The service is so far above and beyond everything I experienced before, even at other luxury brand hotels. It almost seemed like they knew what we wanted before we even knew ourselves. But not only the service was awesome: The common areas look like artwork, the rooms are stylish, modern and comfortable, and the spa was super relaxing. Thank you to every member of this great team, you gave us an unforgettable experience. Amazing!

This isn't your NYC E 53rd St W hotel. New hotel so the lobby, facilities (the spa!) and rooms were updated and fresh. Felt like an oasis in the chaos of Prague. Room was large (at least the one we had), comfortable bed, shower was cool and felt very W. The spa is free to use, pool, whirlpool/spa, sauna, steam room, and this 4 seasons experience where it will snow on you. Staff was incredibly attentive, responsive, and kind. Location was great, 10 min walk from train station and in the heart of all the action. Great choice to stay here.

More than a bar visit – a truly exceptional experience We visited Above Rooftop at the W Prague hotel with a business partner – expecting a beautiful setting and good cocktails. What we experienced, however, went far beyond that: this was not just a bar visit, but a truly exceptional evening. The food concept is a refined fusion of Asian and South American cuisine, served in a sharing-style format reminiscent of a modern tapas bar. We ordered a selection of dishes for the table – and everything was delicious, balanced, and full of flavor. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was Anushka, our server. She didn’t just take our order and check in occasionally – she made us feel like we were the only table that mattered. Her warmth, her wit, her impeccable sense of timing and charm turned this dinner into something unique. We travel extensively and have experienced many forms of hospitality across the globe – but this level of genuine, joyful and intelligent service is rare. If you’re in Prague and looking for an evening that combines elevated cuisine, breathtaking views, and standout service, Above Rooftop is not to be missed.
