W Punta de Mita

Great stay in July! Very relaxing resort with excellent service. Property was gorgeous! Super beach! Excellent traditional Mexican Breakfast and we LOVED Spice Market for dinner! Had to go back a second time during our stay. Every staff member was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay special. Special shout out to Josue, concierge, who responded to our requests immediately and with professionalism. Also a thank you manager Milena for her sincere attention to detail throughout our stay. We will be back next year. Wish it was sooner! Highly recommend!

The worst part is leaving this hotel. I wanted to stay forever. I had one of the best weeks ever. The place is beautiful, closed, and surrounded by a jungle and the sea. The service is excellent in all areas, but the beach and Swimming pool are high-standing. The food is delicious, and the hotel has the best restaurant in the area. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the calm. The beach is long, we can walk or stay, and it is not crowded. I loved waking up with the birds around our window. I definitely will come back

Staff is amazing- I would like to recognize Gonzo and Melania ( I apologize if I spelled the names wrong) they were both super attentive, and kind. Gonzo always helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed while around the pool. Location/ hotel is so beautiful and unique. Food was outstanding. There is not much to do outside there of the resort so I was able to actually just relax and do nothing. Beachside massages were also very excellent- I would recommend Nicole.
