Very clean and high quality. Really good breakfast in their nice restaurant
When we entered our room, false eyelashes from the guest before us was all over the floor. The elevator doesn’t work. The spa’s jacuzzi doesn’t work. The breakfast is underwhelming and the cold foods are warm. Maids were never in our room. The rooms are pretty, but it doesn’t make up for the bad conditions.
We did a reservation for a two single bed room but when we arrived only one double bed was available😡. No compensation at all. The room was clean and nice but the air-conditioning didn't work. Eggs and bacon at breakfast was cold. Location was ok.
