W Residences Algarve

To say fantastic is an understatement and wouldn’t do this hotel and its staff justice. I had one of the best holidays of my life at the W Residences. The apartment had everything we needed, it was fully equipped which made our lives easier. The residence pool was a nice break from the main one and came in handy whenever the main pool was crowded. The staff are very well trained - some of the best and friendliest I have ever met in the hospitality industry. The room service was excellent and Paper Moon was a very lovely dining experience. I also appreciated all the local tips we received from the staff which allowed us to explore more of Algarve’s hidden gems.

This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the staff was super friendly and took care of all or need with a smile on their face. I loved the rooms as they were modern, large in size, with an ocean and pool view. The breakfast is great on property and other restaurants were a must. Paper Moon was my personal favorite. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future. It was truly one of my best hotel experiences.

I had a mixup with my booking using miles for this property and they adamantly refused to adjust the amount and kept almost $4000 worth of airline miles even when my airline rewards program tried to persuade them to give me a refund because I was unable to stay there. Don’t make a reservation expecting any support if you need changes or adjustments. They will rip you off!
