The gym is pretty amazing at this hotel. My friend saw my corner room and said it was just okay and she has seen bigger. I guess I am just poor but I sure did enjoy my room. My only complaint would be the tv randomly turning off because it couldn’t handle YouTube. Overall, I would stay here again.

Good location. If you are driving into the city from Sacramento, this hotel is right off the freeway when you enter the city. You don't have to drive too far into the city at all. You have the pay for parking but there is a valet and garage for your car. My head could have drowned in their fluffy pillows. Excellent 👍👌

I had both one star and five star experiences during my most recent stay - Food and beverage director, PLEASE READ ⭐️- SHADY IN-ROOM DINING CHARGE I ordered a $33 burger, and when the bill came it was almost $60. I referred to the menu and it stated a $7 delivery fee + 23% service fee + tax. ON TOP of these three fees, I also had an additional 23% mobile dining fee on the receipt that’s not stated anywhere on the menu. I went to front desk later and they took it off without a word. BUT THIS IS SHADY BUSINESS. Future guests - check your in room dining receipts! Experiences like this erodes trust guests have at the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️LIVING ROOM BAR DINING The next day, I refuse to use in-room dining and ate at the bar counter. My ajiaco soup didn’t come even after 45min and when Mario the server realized the software error he was very apologetic and went above to rectify the situation. Mistakes happen and Mario is a great example of customer service at the W.
