W Seattle

The rooms are spotless and I had no issues. My stay at the hotel was near perfect. It is also located at the center of Seattle, allowing for short trips to destinations. The service was amazing as the people at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. The cost of the whole thing was a bit steep compared to other places I have been to.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Waterfront, and great restaurants. The lobby has such a cool, modern vibe with live DJs on weekends, comfy seating, and a great bar to unwind. Our room was spacious, clean, and stylish with a beautiful city view. The bed was super comfortable, and the rainfall shower was a bonus after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and professional—always ready to help. We especially appreciated the “Whatever/Whenever” concierge service. They helped us book last-minute dinner reservations and even surprised us with a welcome treat. TRACE Market had excellent coffee and fresh breakfast options. The gym was clean and well-equipped too. Yes, parking is a bit expensive, but that’s typical in downtown Seattle. Overall, it was absolutely worth it for the convenience and quality of service. Can’t wait to come back again—this is our go-to hotel in Seattle from now on!

We recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend stay, where my husband pulled off an amazing birthday surprise for me, thanks in large part to the incredible assistance of Angela Rowland. She went above and beyond to customize everything, ensuring the surprise was a complete success! Our room itself was a highlight – spotlessly clean, wonderfully spacious, and featuring a bed and pillows that were pure comfort. The hospitality extended beyond that; every employee in the lobby was exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful with all our questions. We also really appreciated the lively vibe created by the DJ in the lobby, and the bartender there was excellent as well. Plus, the location couldn't be better, with easy access to fantastic restaurants and Pike Place Market. We left feeling incredibly happy and had a truly memorable experience.
