The room is huge. Living room, bedroom, two bathrooms and a balcony with excellent views. The room is very comfortable. There's a coffee machine, a bar. The curtain system is automatic. Convenient and practical. Breakfast is delicious. The area is small and beautiful. Swimming pool and sports hall. The advantage of the hotel is that it is peaceful and quiet. The guests are mostly European. Nearby there is a small promenade with cafes where you can have a delicious snack. I recommend the hotel for a trip with the whole family.

We had an absolutely amazing time at W Hotel Sentosa! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was fantastic – spacious, stylish, and came with a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We especially loved our time at the pool, which was vibrant and fun for both adults and kids. The cocktail bar was a highlight in the evenings – great drinks and a lively atmosphere. But the real star was the breakfast buffet – an incredible spread with something for everyone, and the service was simply outstanding. The location is perfect – right next to Quayside Isle, making it easy to go for a scenic run or a relaxing evening walk. Sentosa Island itself is full of family-friendly attractions, and this hotel is ideally situated to enjoy it all. To top it off, we even received complimentary invites to a couple of fun events hosted at the hotel, adding an extra spark to our stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet family-friendly place to stay in Singapore, W Sentosa is it. We can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel is not only clean and lively but also features a beautifully designed interior that creates a welcoming atmosphere. It's amazing to see how well the hotel has been maintained since its opening in 2012; the upkeep is truly commendable. The facilities, including the rooms and the swimming pool, are exceptionally well-maintained. The swimming pool, in particular, was the highlight of our stay. My kids absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying the water, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The service from the staff was top-notch. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurants, bars, and housekeeping, was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. One convenient aspect was the free transportation from the hotel to mainland Singapore. While it does take some time, it's worth planning ahead for this service. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
