W South Beach

Excellent experience at the W South besch. Had an overnight stay with wife to celebrate anniversary. Staff was attentive with dessert and balloons in the room. The concierge Andrew communicated early with us. The beach service was fast and cordial. The pool scene is just right, mix of families and adults but nothing rowdy. We did not come with our daughter but would come back no question with her. If you are looking for a great stay go ahead and book

The hotel staff were great - and particularly great with the kids. The attention they received made their hotel experience what it was. Corina was a fave! The breakfast was good - quite pricey in the hotel, but a good set of options if you do get it. Nearby, there are plenty of great places for breakfast too so you won't be too hard done by if you don't take up the hotel option. The gym is well equipped and convenient too. The hotel is well located on South Beach - with great access to the beach just beyond the pool. We had the 2-bed villa which is good apart from the second bedroom which feels like its been squashed in. The main bedroom and living room area are well sized. The little 5-star touches are great - with the teas, the popcorn and little mini events that are provided through the stay.

My husband and I stayed at The W Hotel South Beach for the first time to celebrate my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The room, amenities, and on-site restaurants were excellent, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Special thanks to Brad, Head of Concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit; his professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. We would also like to thank Patricia from The Grove kitchen—her kindness and genuine warmth made every interaction a pleasure.
