W Suzhou

W Suzhou delivers an exceptional experience with its bold, modern design and funky, energetic vibe. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city and lake. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the largest mall in Suzhou and close to the city center. Also heated, electrical toilets was great! The breakfast buffet is one of the most complete I’ve had in China, with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options. The on-site restaurants are also fantastic, offering a mix of international and local cuisine in trendy settings, but pricey compared to China average. The pool and spa area is a true highlight—absolutely gorgeous, serene, and luxurious. While the massages were excellent, they were quite expensive by local standards (comparable to North American prices). The only downside was the internet, which was surprisingly slow for a hotel of this caliber. That said, everything else more than made up for it.

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than the W Suzhou. The city itself is absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s super cool and stylish vibe made my experience even more memorable. My room faced the heart of Jinji Lake, and the view was nothing short of breathtaking, both during the day and at night. I found myself just soaking in the stunning scenery, and it truly made my stay unforgettable. The room was impeccably clean, and a special thank you to the housekeeper who was so kind and took the time to introduce me to Suzhou’s charm. A huge shoutout to Kimi’s team for being incredibly helpful and communicative even before my arrival. They made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail was taken care of. The hotel’s location is perfect, right beside Suzhou Center, and there’s even an indoor bridge connecting directly to the mall. It was so convenient to explore the area! I highly recommend W Suzhou to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special!

I've been here for the second time in two years. I have to admit i had better memory of this hotel... it can be bit too chaotic. Rooms is superb, despite my toilette was not working 100% correctly. Breakfast quality on european menu could be bit better. Croissant and pancake not good quality.
