This place is truly a dream. The staff made us and our little kitty feel like royalty, from the valet to Sebastian who presented the room and without forgetting about the nicest breakfast host: everyone was incredible. Aspecial thanks to Marina at the spa who gave me an incredible massage. The room was really nicely decorated, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The spa is a dream, it's one of the best I have ever been to. It has a dedicated adult pool which is very well appreciated. The breakfast is exquisite, varied and fresh. Thanks again to all the staff who worked extra hard during the long weekend we came. You made this experience unforgettable.

Just got back from an incredible stay at the W Hotel in Verbier, and I can honestly say it exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is stunning – super modern with that signature W design flair that feels both stylish and comfortable. But what really stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff – they made our experience truly special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a clear mountain view, which was absolutely breathtaking. It’s those little touches that make a big difference, and this gesture was much appreciated. Special thanks to Sebastian at reception, who was so helpful throughout, Jura the valet, who always kept the car ready upfront whenever needed, and Julio at the restaurant, whose food and local tips made our trip even more memorable. On Sebastian’s & Julio’s recommendation, we did the Saint Christophe hike, and it was 100% worth it – peaceful, scenic, and a great way to take in Verbier’s natural beauty. Can’t wait to come back again, especially in the winter ski season for a different vibe. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay!
