The magic place for family holiday

Where's our money?! The management proved not to be able to run the place. Unable to make other guests respect the rules, allowed them to party loudly at night, enter our private space (!!), transform the common spaces into an amusement park, be disrespectful to us. The only person of staff physically there was as frustrated as we were but did not have the authority to deal with the other guests. The Management was absent, even not answering during the weekend (as if they did not work in hospitality). Completely unprofessional management, after we left (1 day in advance given the situation with the other guests) they also falsely accused us for an allegedly broken door although we went through a checkout before leaving! Is that a joke?! That's seriously unprofessional and proves that you are not to be trusted! They eventually agreed to give us a refund, which should have arrived after 1 month. Guess what?! We have not received anything! We'll move forward legally. Dear management: you are incapable of doing your job, unprofessional and not to be trusted. That's a shame given the wonderful place you have the luck to administer. Future guests: the place looks nice, if you like risking to ruin your holidays due to an unprofessional host this is the place for you ;)
