Waer Waters SPA Hotel

Amazing location with many different options. Very relaxing. Only point of feedback is that it would be nice to have lactose free options during breakfast/lunch/dinner for lactose intolerant people for all courses :)

I have not tried the hotel, but a one day spa. Very Nice structure and amenities. I particularly appreciated the zen/silent areas; you can actually relax and get away from everyday worries. The more experienced/“older” staff are extremely helpful, kind and joyful. The very, very young staff are slightly less spontaneous/enthusiastic. All in all, I will definitely repeat the experience. I went for the day to the spa with my friends, but I was honestly disappointed. Personnel not welcoming and not nice: they seemed bothered to speak in English, at the restaurant we asked to close the window as we still had our hair wet from the spa and it was cold, they replied that it was hot for them as they were working. The water in some pools seemed dirty, plus no one was even minimally drying the floor which led to having the floor completely flooded and sometimes you were walking in water. I understand that in a spa it's normal to have water on the floor, but it could be more hygienic. The buffet included in the price was really nice and had a lot of vegeterian options available.
