Wafa Hotel and Apartment

I had an amazing stay at Wafa Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. They offer a free shuttle service to and from Bandar Seri Begawan airport, which made my trip so much more convenient. The staff are incredibly attentive to detail—they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. My room was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned it thoroughly every single day. I also really appreciated the extra water they provided after noticing that I drink a lot—such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It featured a great selection of delicious Malay food, which was a fantastic way to start the day. Overall, Wafa Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brunei!

Stayed there for a night. It's very clean and spacious even though it's located in a shopping center. We arrived there near midnight, and the concierge was still nice and friendly. Comfortable bed, good amenities, and the bathroom was clean.

I spent two nights here as a tourist visiting Brunei. The room was comfortable, exactly as described on the booking site. Staff were very friendly, were always happy to answer any questions with a smile. Location was convenient, being just a few floors above many shops, including a grocery store and some small restaurants. Furthermore, the hotel was in close proximity to the airport, with complimentary airport transfers making the whole process completely seamless and simple. Plenty of restaurants and sites a short walk away, otherwise everything else is just a short and affordable Dart away (local version of grab/uber). If you need a reliable and comfortable place to stay Bandar Seri Begawan, Wafa Hotel and Apartments will have you covered, I would definitely stay again if I return to Brunei.
