Good hotel, walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and bars close by. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The parking is a bit expensive but that is the case for all hotels around that area. Great value for money in Waikiki

First, the staff at the front desk were all super friendly and very helpful. The room was just gorgeous and very clean. Housekeeping was very friendly, proactive and polite. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable, we could have spent the whole day in bed if we weren’t outdoorsy, adventure chasers lol They definitely gave us the best rest though to conquer our days and maximize our energy and experience while we were there. Also, the hotel location is so perfect, the Ubers/Lyft picks you up and drop you off right at the door and it is walking distance to literally everything we needed and all our shuttle stops for our activities. We also got to meet an amazing vacation coordinator named Casey at the hotel desk who helped us understand the shuttles and we booked the sunset dinner cruise with her. The captain and the crew were phenomenal, the food was exquisite and the scenery was just amazing with the fireworks show as the icing on the cake. My husband and I had the absolute best time. The hotel even left a gift and card for me in the room since it was my birthday.

Nice hotel, felt like it had been recently renovated. The balcony was very small, not enough space to sit let alone both sit and have a drink and, as others have said, the car park is pretty tight! Our checkout was at 11:00 but they have a room with a couple of armchairs and a shower so we could quickly freshen up before our 21:30 flight which was very welcome as it meant we could really enjoy our last day in Hawaii.
