Waldorf Astoria Bangkok

I had a very good stay at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. The location is excellent—super central and easy to get around from. The views from the room were nice, especially from higher floors. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained. While it wasn't over-the-top spectacular, it was definitely a high-quality stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid luxury hotel in Bangkok.

This was my first time staying as an overnight guest at a 5 star hotel. I’ve traveled to many places around the world and have experienced excellent customer service from all over, but the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok team is simply extraordinary. They truly want to ensure your comfort and make sure that you do not lift a finger during your stay. You will find hospitality and smiles everywhere you turn. The decor is elegant, each hallway smells exceptional, their restaurants offer delicious creations, and everyone is very attentive. Additionally, the room was beautiful, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I was stuck between picking this hotel and their neighboring competition, but I am wholeheartedly satisfied with my choices to stay here during this trip to Bangkok. I would absolutely return in the future and hope that they not only maintain their exceptional service, but also continue to improve upon it.

First time at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok Driving in, I could already feel how lush and private the hotel is — such a peaceful vibe. Once I stepped into the lower lobby, the scent was amazing and the design was absolutely stunning, with soaring ceilings. Then I went up to the upper lobby for check-in — it was a bit busy, but the staff handled everything really well. The room was beautiful, with everything controlled through a tablet. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous, and the air conditioning was whisper-quiet. In the evening, they came in for turn-down service and got the room ready again for bedtime, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast here is honestly a masterpiece — super premium, delicious, and with a wide variety to choose from. Don’t forget to try the cold-pressed juice and eggs benedict! And lastly, the staff here were incredibly warm and welcoming — they greeted me so kindly, with a genuine service mind. You can tell they’ve been really well trained. This is what an ultra-luxury hotel is all about. I’m definitely coming back again
