A grand upscale hotel located a little farther out of the city centre. Great service and extremely neat and tidy. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing is the location. A 10-15 minute card ride back to the city centre.
Great facilities, just needs better service. It's not bad service but it's not 5* either. Hard to communicate with the staff, took us an hour just to order room service 🥲 Also no halal and very little vegetarian options at breakfast.
Room was way too hot: 24C They told us AC doesn’t work this time a year, just turn off heat. They brought 2 portable AC units that didn’t do anything Never thought that such a fancy hotel couldn’t handle such a basic need: comfortable room temperature. 24C is way too hot to sleep comfortably
