My husband and I came to the hotel spa for a 90-minute massage, and I can’t even explain how amazing it was! I had Desi as my therapist, and the way she treated me, along with the quality of the massage, was absolutely 10/10. The customer service overall was also perfect — everything was incredibly relaxing and well done. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back!

I especially want to thank Khaoula from the reception. She greeted me with such a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering incredible comfort after a day out in Doha. The staff across all departments were consistently courteous and efficient, and the service felt personalized at every moment.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality. The hotel room was absolutely stunning., spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the food, with dinner at MURU being a standout. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was perfect. What meant the most to us was how much our kids enjoyed the entire stay. They had a blast at the pool, loved exploring the space, and couldn’t stop talking about breakfast and dinner. It was a joy to see them so happy and engaged throughout the day. Even though it was just a short stay, the experience was full of meaningful moments and happy memories.
