I have been visiting Dubai for over 100 times, staying at different hotels and resorts, and I can confidently say that this is by far the best one. A true luxury hotel in a prime location, offering an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The staff are super friendly and make you feel genuinely welcomed. As a Diamond member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a premium suite — spacious, beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, luxury vibes, and top-quality amenities. The gym is well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with a daily workout routine. Service is consistently excellent — warm, attentive, and personal. Special thanks to Rachel for taking such great care of us. We celebrated our anniversary here, and the hotel made it truly special — decorating the room with lovely letters and surprising us with a delicious cake. Such gestures make all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to indulge in one of Dubai’s most luxurious stays.

From start to finish, WA DIFC made our 1-night stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, Mary greeted us with a warm smile. Check-in was efficient. The room itself was flawless. Martin delivered our luggage with genuine hospitality. We had dinner at Bull&Bear, with amazing views and excellent food. Breakfast was wonderful - great variety elegantly presented, and the service was impeccable. I have to mention the French toast, not too soggy, not too dry, just perfect! Chef Muhammad personally checked on us. Special mention to Tanya at the pool bar, her genuine care made our last moments at the pool special. We were given a warm farewell by Mary, Martin, and Karandeep. It’s rare to feel so well taken care of in such a short stay, but every team member went above & beyond.
