Waldorf Astoria Jeddah Qasr Al Sharq

I recently had a massage at the Hilton Jeddah and it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The spa itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed — the perfect setting to relax and unwind. My therapist was highly skilled and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. The pressure was just right, and every movement felt purposeful and soothing. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and free of tension. This was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah or staying at the Hilton. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely incredible stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jeddah. Our minds were genuinely blown by how thoughtful and top-notch the service was. The reception team in particular was so helpful from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was another level. Luxury, delicious, beautifully presented, and in such a gorgeous setting. The property itself is stunning. Every detail of the design had us in awe. It’s right across from the Corniche, so the location couldn’t be better. And when we ran into trouble getting a taxi to the airport because of game-day traffic, the staff went above and beyond to help us find a way through. We were seriously so grateful. They even upgraded our rooms so we could all be together. Just a seamless, special experience all around. Highly, highly recommend.

I’ve been here twice already. Everything is so perfect 💯 The location, the interior of the hotel, and the food are excellent, and most especially the service. Ms. Elaine 👌🏻 is the one who assisted us that time, she’s so polite, friendly, and very accommodating to us. I hope to come back again next time.
