I visited Waldorf Pedregal to celebrate my 5 year wedding anniversary and had an absolutely spectacular time. The service was amongst the best I’ve ever experienced. This location couldn’t be any better. I enjoyed whale watching from the comfort of my room and from the pool. I experienced their tequila tasting, dinner at Don Manuel’s, dinner at El Farallón, and days relaxing by the poolside. All of these were spectacular experiences, the service was outstanding. Danny at the poolside created for an amazing experience. I definitely want to return sooner, rather than later for another visit. If you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation, this is the place.

One of my favorite places to visit! Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal truly delivers a five-star experience from start to finish. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the private balcony with a plunge pool was such a luxurious touch — watching the sunset from there was absolutely magical. The entire property is stunning and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The spa is amazing, offering a serene and rejuvenating experience, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect throughout your stay. The beaches are clean and beautiful, and the main pool offers amazing ocean and beach views that make every moment feel like paradise. Dining at El Farallon, perched cliffside at the edge of the ocean, was a highlight — the food, ambiance, and views created an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal enough. It’s the perfect escape, and I already can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in a level of hospitality that was warm, personal, and truly world-class. The staff were outstanding—always attentive, gracious, and thoughtful in a way that made every interaction feel meaningful. Our room was immaculate, remarkably well-kept for a more established property. The highlight: a private plunge pool with sweeping ocean views, offering a front-row seat to crashing Pacific waves and unforgettable sunsets. The bed was enormous and luxuriously comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. Every day brought moments of delight—from the beautifully curated buffet breakfast with attentive service, to the complimentary delivery of chips, salsa, and beer to our room each afternoon. One especially touching moment was when a complimentary birthday cake was delivered to our room. It was unexpected and extremely thoughtful—exactly the kind of gesture that makes Waldorf Astoria stand out. There’s a reason this resort is ranked #1 in Mexico. The balance of natural beauty, refined comfort, and deeply personalized service is exceptional. If we had to mention anything, it’s the power outages—which we understand are somewhat common in Los Cabos. That said, the hotel could improve its backup generator system. On our last night, the power was out for several hours, including during the night, which disrupted what had otherwise been a flawless experience. Additionally, the gym was under renovation, with equipment temporarily relocated to a smaller space—not ideal, but understandable. Still, these were minor setbacks in an otherwise phenomenal stay. We left feeling restored, grateful, and already planning our return. Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos is more than a resort—it’s a place that stays with you.
