The nicest hotel experience we have had hands down. Spacious rooms with great service and exceeded experiences at the Ritz Carlton . The layout is beautiful and the rooms were extremely clean with really comfortable beds. Food was exceptional. The staff was the best service for a non-insane price. Really the absolutely fantastic deal for a five star resort at Walt Disney World. We will be back next year
If you want a nice cozy hotel stay without shelling out mega bucks, this is by far one of the best hotels for Disney World. Breakfast buffet is solid and rooms are quiet. There is a large pool and shared lazy river with the Hilton next door. Arcade area also available for a quick decompress if you want. All this for 1/2 to 1/3 of price of similar offerings nearby at the same quality.
Aida and Mohammed with Guest Services were very hospitable. Prince DJ in the breakfast restaurant was professional and provided service with a smile. The Waldorf is in a great location, food is good, lovely views, and the bed/pillows were comfortable. However, the carpets in the hallways (& the room I stayed in) need a good shampoo clean. I was on the 11th floor. The night light under the bathroom sink is a great feature. I love the Aesop amenities and fluffy white towels. Our car got registered under another guest room, so I had to wait over 25 minutes before they investigated and eventually found it. How does that happen? Thankfully I got to the valet desk early enough so I didn't miss my 10am meeting. The Sea Bass at Bull & Bear was delish. The lobster bisque was more puree than anything. I was expecting to eat chunks of lobster, but it was ok.
