From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect — the exceptional service, the kindness of each staff member, and the incredible attention to detail. The heartfelt letter and beautifully personalized desserts in our room completely touched our hearts. It meant so much to us that you remembered Donggun’s love for raccoons and Jiwoo’s passion for drawing. Your sweet words and the adorable treats brought so much joy to our children — we will treasure that moment forever. We’re also especially grateful to the staff who helped us at check-in and even delivered a handwritten list of takoyaki restaurants to our room. Thanks to your thoughtful recommendations, we discovered some amazing spots we never would have found on our own. The staff at the pool were also incredibly kind and made our time there even more enjoyable. And we can’t forget the gentleman we met just outside the entrance who suggested a ramen place nearby — it turned out to be the best ramen we’ve ever had! We’re truly sorry that we can’t remember everyone’s names, but please know that each of you left a lasting impression on us. We stayed at the Waldorf Osaka as a family of five and had a two bedroom suite. The corner views in the master were incredible, and the service levels exceeded our expectations. Leyre, our personal concierge in particular, was outstanding from the moment of arrival to the time of our departure. She and the entire staff on hand were apprised of our travel plans and were always available. We were so impressed with the service we received which met and exceeded our high expectations - their thoughtfulness and kindness shines through their interactions. We will endeavor to stay at this same hotel again on our next visit. The property, facilities, and location, are top notch - but staff’s attentiveness is second to none.

This is my second time staying at a Waldorf hotel, and the Osaka location is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. From the architectural design and interior decor to the impeccable service from every staff member, everything was absolutely perfect. The subtle fragrance that fills the hotel adds an extra touch of elegance, and of course, the views are simply stunning. Every detail was thoughtfully executed. The evening turndown service was especially considerate and luxurious. A special shoutout to Yumi, the front desk manager— she was truly exceptional and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
