Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

I had such a great time at the hotel it was my first visit with my father and my husband we are really enjoyed it. Big thanks to everyone working there, from the reception team to the housekeeping. They were all super professional and kind. The room was clean, smelled really nice, and was very comfortable. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to the details. Also, the complimentary cake was a lovely surprise ❤️ we really appreciated it! I want to extend a big thank you to the valet parking team, the lifeguards, the staff who provide towels, and the security team. All of them were always smiling and warmly greeting the guests, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. I can honestly say that the professionalism throughout the hotel was impressive, and I didn’t notice any mistakes or issues during our stay. Honestly, everything was perfect and I have no complaints at all. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience

Unfortunately the most beautiful part. The tower is not lightened up anymore since more then a year. The hotel was undergoing a very long renovation… now i came there today, for a nice coffee with a pretty view. To find out that AGAIN, the windows are tinted, construction is going on again. And while trying to enjoy my expensive coffee I could see, nothing. What’s going on there the last 2 years is not Waldorf like at all. There is a lot better options around for half the price.
