Our three-night stay at the Junior Suite was great, the room is super comfy and nice. The airport pickup service was a great. It was not only prompt, but they also provided a car seat for our toddler. Car seat option is quite rare for airport pick ups in China, so I really appreciated this. Upon arrival, we were met with a warm welcome; hotel staff were lined up at the door, ready to assist as I was carrying our child – a truly sweet and helpful gesture. The in-room check-in was another convenient touch, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. Our room was already prepared when we arrived. The requested cot and bottle sterilizer were already in place, and they also provided baby soap and a baby bathtub for our little one. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering ample room for our toddler to play freely. The hotel breakfast buffet offered a good selection, and while not extensive, the quality was high. What truly elevated our dining experience was the attentive and helpful staff. We want to extend a special thank you to Sang, whose consistent attentiveness during our meals there was remarkable. Sang was always polite, friendly, eager to serve, and ensured our needs were always met. Great experience at Waldorf!

This hotel is absolutely massive and impressive from the moment you arrive. The scale of the building alone makes it stand out, but what truly makes the stay memorable is the breathtaking view it offers—whether you're overlooking the city skyline, ocean, or mountains, it's a view you won’t forget. The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The bed was cozy, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything felt very well-maintained. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority here.

Insane Laundry Prices. So this is a review purely based on their laundry service *prices*. It is a very nice hotel with reasonable English and delicious (!) food. However we paid incredible money, approx 160 Dollars for 15 items or so of laundry. And that was just what we *absolutely* had to have washed. It was spotless, so not a quality issue. The issue with this hotel is, that it is trying *too hard* to be elite. In a country where normal laundry is perfectly affordable, we felt outrageously overcharged. We were so angry that we went out of our way to an outside laundry, where we paid 120 Dollars for 33 pieces of laundry, and were told by chinese friends that those are “high end inner city prices”, too. My impression is supported by their lounge area, where you need a special hilton membership to get access to a few couches and a coffee machine. We stayed for 14 days and while I cannot fault staff at all (except for one odd employee who was on her phone nonstop and ignored customers, but that was 1 in 60 employees or so), hotel management needs to get a grip on their branding. I would not recommend our business colleagues to stay there for this reason alone, imagine the return slip on your laundry being in the 100’s and having to explain that. Ps; I am open to deleting reviews for companies that consider change. Thank you for reading
