I really enjoyed my stay here at The Walliserhof. The pool is lovely for a relax after a long day of skiing. It is in walking distance from great restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hard ware but service is so so. Stay here for 2 nights, request a slipper at the first day 18 June when arrived. The reception ( a guy ) told me that he will arrange after my dinner. When get back to room, still no slipper. Called him, he said house keeping is off, will make sure tell the housekeeping will prepared in my room tomorrow. Return to my room the next day 19 June evening, the long awaited sleeper is still not there! And the glasses is my room is broken. Even clean up for my second day it is still not replaced! Love the environment here and the view the room furniture but absolutely not it’s services. Swiss hospitality??? Haha…. Btw, the cigar bar is nice and restaurants services are professional and good.

Mixed impressions, but overall it was positive! Excellent location in the center, delicate and tasteful room design. Small, but very kind surprises (backpack for hiking 😀, delicious welcome chocolates in the room😋, high quality shampoo and shower gel). The spa and pool area is extensive and super clean, you would not expect such large pool from outside 😀. The breakfast is plenty in variety and the restaurant is spacious with view of the mountains 🥰. However, the pastry offer was very plain, no local specialty (pastry was deep frozen rather than freshly made?), orange juice is not freshly squeezed, coffee is not something, where I will ask the origin of the beans from the staff…. We could not check in earlier, although I believe there was no full house. The sound insulation from higher floor was not perfect, but the hotel is likely a structure made of wood, hence this is somehow expected. This is an expensive hotel (300+ CHF per night) in Saas Fee in early April, and worth to stay there!!! As always, there are small areas for improvement in a 5-star Swiss hotel.
