What beautiful accommodation with terrific hosts. The cottage was warm and equipped with everything we needed. It looked into spectacular vineyards and the oldest walnut tree in Blenheim. Would recommend as a great place to stay to other travellers.
We had a lovely two night stay at Walnut Block Cottages. Everything was very clean and having so much space was great. Waking up to views of a vineyard is a joy. We loved the shower and underfloor heating. We appreciated the generous breakfast supplies and the chocolate on arrival. It was a great location for exploring the Marlborough wine region. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and the owner kindly gave me a complimentary bottle of their own wine, and also helped my husband arrange local cupcakes to be delivered. The only negative is that the decor was lacking soul which makes it feel less luxurious than it probably deserves given the quality.
We had the best 1 night stay at Walnut Block Cottages! It was our last stop on an Easter weekend road trip and I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful and relaxing with gracious owners and the sweetest pup that came to say hello. Highly recommend if you're in Blenheim.
