Very nice and cozy hotel, great service in the evening. Unfortunately the female employee at the breakfast buffet was very rude and had a very disrespectful attitude towards us, which I hope will be corrected.

Hans Thorup and Retchie . I and my partner check in 12.July - 16.July 2024. The room is good ,clean and great. The staff at the kitchen are very polite and helpful, they are very nice and approached you and greet, I am comfortable when I came inside every breakfast and dinner because they are accomodated. The food is okay ⭐⭐ but I guess the chef must taste the food because most of the food in dinner was no taste( other are okay) Staff service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for the staff only in the kitchen they are very good. The old man at the bar who is serving drinks ⭐ 1 star . The old man who is look like a middle eastern look, he is a bit tall , and he is entertaining bad. He showed bad attitude when we finished our dinner and would like to pay the drinks, I understand that he is busy of other guest but as guest we dont have to wait for 15-30 minutes sitting when he come to collect our payment. My partner come to kitchen and he paid there but the old man came and say " You should pay for me not in the kitchen because I am the one who served the drinks" Hello,is he crazy? If he cannot accomodate all the guest he must ask for help for his co-worker , and if he is tired he must stop working and relax. We are guest and every second and minutes are important for us as tourist not by sitting at the table and waiting for a long time.He is very unpolite and I saw his face and his head saying bad. The staff at the reception are very friendly so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for them. The massage staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is good. But,hoping every summer you have an extra electric fan becausw it is really hot in the room. Guest cannot sleep so good. The bar tender the small old man he is very kind ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Unfortunately the stay was not enjoyable. The staff (especially the lady working in the restaurant) did not allow us to sit for breakfast at the table we had chosen, arguing that it is for 4 people (we were in 3), after a while at the table sat 2 people. The room itself and the hotel equipment is also far from the standard of 4 stars, the price in our opinion is too high and certainly you can find better offers in the area.
