Walt Disney World Swan Reserve

I'm a lifetime Marriott platinum and regular Disney guest. This was my first time staying at a non-Disney run resort at Disney World. The Swan Reserve knocked it out of the park! After booking with points, I was happily surprised by the front desk lead, with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. The hotel provided a complimentary continental breakfast buffet for platinum and higher guests, which offered a very reasonable upgrade to the full hot buffet, which included omelets. The concierge staff and bell staff were top-notch, offering in many cases better service than some of the deluxe Disney resorts I've stayed at. The buffet was very good, and the Amare restaurant was upscale and high quality. On top of the great service, the hotel recognized an event that I was celebrating with my wife and surprised us with a thoughtful gift on our last night. This hotel has demonstrated what a top-notch Marriott branded hotel should be, I will be staying here again as a paid guest!

Amazing stay! Will definitely return. It was 5 minute walk from our hotel room door to shuttle boat dock, the crosswalk has no wait and the road is not very busy. It's actually closer to the Dolphin pools than the Swan hotel is! The high floor Epcot view room is incredible with views of both Epcot and MK fireworks. We loved the size of the hotel - smaller than most Disney hotels and very quick to run down to grab a coffee or drink at the bar. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and feels brand new. It was great to have the option of the quieter and more secluded pool at the Reserve in addition to the main Swan/Dolphin pools. One tip - use the Disney buses that drop off at Yacht Club or Boardwalk Inn to get back from MK/AK, then walk. The swan/dolphin bus system is separate from the Disney bus network and seemed to operate with delays later in the day.

I had an incredible stay at the Swan Reserve! From the moment I arrived, the service was first class. I was pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The location is highly convenient, right in the heart of the Disney property, making it easy to get around. The bus shuttles ran consistently, making it a breeze to get to the parks. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I would visit again without hesitation!
