Lovely location, We only had drinks but the Hotel looks clean and really well kept. The Staff were friendly and welcoming. We'll be back.

I attended my Mams 90th birthday party at this venue on the 7th March 25. I have to say the staff were outstanding going out of their way to accommodate us especially Jason who helped us with the decorations earlier that day which he didn’t have to do well done Jason. The food was to die for and the atmosphere was second to none looking forward to more events there 10/10 everyone well done 👏

Unfortunately, we don't consider this a 4 star. It is in a great location and first appearances are lovely. However: - Our room was extremely warm. A fan was left in the room to preempt this which we appreciated. The double bed was extremely noisy and the single bed in the room felt as if it was slanted. - The staff, although really friendly, seem to lack training and direction. There was an event on the night before and when we came down for breakfast there were plastic cups and beer bottles still left around the place. - Breakfast was chaotic. We had to go looking for menus. We were approached after 15 minutes to ask if we had ordered coffee (we didnt) and then we had to ask if we could order food. During this time, another guest approached us to ask if she could take some delph and cutlery as tables had not been reset and I noticed other guests waiting for assistance in the adjoining room. There were five staff present during this service so being understaffed doesn't seem to be the issue.
