Unbelievably friendly & nice caring staff ❤️ Because of them it was a very lovely pleasant staying, The breakfast was humble but it was everything i needed.
The reception and breakfast service were very helpful and Well coming. The personnel make every thing to make your stay pleasant. The room and service room was very correct. the location is just perfect. Keep up the great work!
Great location and excellent value for the penthouse accommodating five people! While the initial cleanliness could have been better, the staff cleaned the room daily and provided fresh towels. The reception team was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was fine, but I recommend exploring nearby spots for a more authentic traditional breakfast experience in Istanbul
