Good hotel and service, rooms although in non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke. Good access to different facilities and malls. Great swimming pool and sauna.
Excellent Hotel with good English speaking staff and having good quality of western breakfast.
Snooty, pretentious and lazy swimming pool staff. My Chinese wife wanted to pay to use their swimming pool and had a voucher. As soon as they saw the voucher they turned their noses up at her and acted like the establishment was too good for her. I'm sure if you go here as a Westerner they will be nice to you, but I think you should know that they treat locals like garbage.
